The deadline for the Camera-Ready upload and conference registration is 20 May 2009 for EuropeComm 2009.
Please follow the below steps to ensure that your paper is included in the final conference proceedings.
- Camera-ready paper should be uploaded at the ASSYST paper submission systems from ICST.
- Camera ready copy has to be in with correct formatting required by Springer.
Camera-Ready Papers
- Camera-Ready papers should be uploaded into the ASSYST paper submission systems from ICST at http://assyst-online.org. You can use your existing Cocus login to access the ASSYST.
- Once logged in, select the conference/workshop you wish to upload a Camera-Ready paper for.
- To follow the Springer publication procedures, authors are required to submit the camera-ready paper in two file formats: MS-Word format and PDF file format. The guidelines and formatting instructions can be found at the following website.
- Once the Word and PDF files are created, please create a single zip file, which consists of those two files.
- Fill out ALL information for your paper, include all co-authors of your paper and then please upload the ZIP file with camera-ready papers.

Congratulations for your paper and we would like to announce that the Camera-Ready upload process and Registration for EuropeComm 2009 will finish on May 25th 2009. We are already on a tight schedule for CD production. Please kindly meet this deadline.
Please follow the below steps to ensure that your paper is included in the final conference proceedings CD. Please note that:
[1] Camera-ready paper should be uploaded at the ASSYST paper submission systems from ICST. For more information please visit here
[2] Camera ready copy has to comply with the correct formatting required by Springer (12 pages max for standard papers, 6 pages max for short papers). For more information please visit here
[3] The acceptance of full paper/work-in-progress paper/poster is made with the understanding that at least one author will do a REGULAR (non-student) registration before May 25th 2009, and will attend the conference to present it. Otherwise, the paper/poster is considered withdrawn and will not appear in the conference proceedings. For more information please visit here.
CAMERA-READY PAPERS

It is important to remember you that full and work-in-progress paper can be up to 12 pages long and short paper can be up to 6 pages long. A maximum of 2 additional pages can be purchased by authors with additional fee.

REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE
[1] Please visit here. (or from here)[2] Please register for the conference. PLEASE NOTE, that AT LEAST 1AUTHOR for each accepted paper must register at full rate (non-student), in order for the paper to be included at the conference and on the Proceedings CD.
COPYRIGHTS
[1] ASSYST will automatically generate the Copyright agreement from the data you have provided on the previous pages.[2] Please, check your data carefully and in case there are any discrepancies go back and edit them.
[3] When everything is correct, read the terms of the copyright agreement.
[4] Please, do not forget to scroll down the text in the text-box before you click on “I Agree”.
[5] You can also print the text by clicking on “Print” button.
[6] In the pop-up window you have to confirm your agreement by choosing: “I confirm that I agree to the terms”.
[7] After agreeing to the Terms, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from ICST with a link and an electronic version of the Copyright Agreement in a PDF file. This is the document that you must keep for further references. YOU CANNOT UPLOAD YOUR PAPER WITHOUT AGREEING TO THE COPYRIGHT FORM.
